Position Overview
Interact with clients throughout the project’s sales cycle. Providing exceptional customer service to our clients by meeting with them in their homes, understanding their painting needs, and providing recommendations.
Responsibilities for a Project Consultant
- In-home Customer Sales
- Complete follow-up contacts with clients
- Create work orders and specifications for projects
- Read and have a complete understanding of the Painting Standard Operating Procedure Manual
- Follow and enforce all Safety Guidelines, including the RRP procedure
- Complete job estimates and ensure projects can be completed on budget.
- Complete all sales, documentation, and pictures
- Follow the established sales process
- Develop New Clients
- Participate in sales and trade shows
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications for a Project Consultant
- A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- One Year of Experience in Sales
- Ability to understand and assess client needs.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Deliver high-quality work.
- Customer Service skills.
- Adhere to all health and safety precautions.
