Position Overview
Interact with clients throughout the project’s sales cycle. Providing exceptional customer service to our clients by meeting with them in their homes, understanding their painting needs, and providing recommendations.

Responsibilities for a Project Consultant

• In-home Customer Sales    
• Complete follow-up contacts with clients 
• Create work orders and specifications for projects
• Read and have a complete understanding of the Painting Standard Operating Procedure Manual
• Follow and enforce all Safety Guidelines, including the RRP procedure
• Complete job estimates and ensure projects can be completed on budget.
• Complete all sales, documentation, and pictures
• Follow the established sales process
• Develop New Clients
• Participate in sales and trade shows
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications for a Project Consultant 

• A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• One Year of Experience in Sales
• Ability to understand and assess client needs.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Overview
Interact with clients throughout the project life cycle.  Coordinate paint crews to complete projects.  Perform Quality Control checks on assigned crews.  

Responsibilities for a Project Manager

• Implementing the job Crew Schedule
• Communicate with clients and keep the Crew Lead informed
• Order Materials
• Update project log
• Read and follow work orders and specifications for projects
• Read and have a complete understanding of the Painting Standard Operating Procedure Manual
• Follow and enforce all Safety Guidelines, including the RRP procedure
• Direct scaffolding as required
• Complete jobs within budget.
•  An initial walk-through with the crew leader and customer to ensure the entire scope is correct
• In-progress communication, documentation, and pictures
•  Complete the Job Close-out checklist and collect payment
• Solve Technical problems
• Perform Quality Control Checks
• Follow task items on the Project Launch, Daily & Close-Out Checklist
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications for a Paint Technician 

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• One Year of Experience in Management
• One year of Construction Experience 
• One Year of Project Management Experience
• Pass an OSHA Respirator Fit Test
• Must have exceptional attention to detail
• Great active listening skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

• Computer literacy

The Paint Technician prepares and applies paint to the interior and exterior of structures, buildings, and other surfaces.  

Responsibilities for a Paint Technician

• Communicate with clients and keep the Crew Lead informed
• Read and follow work orders and specifications for projects
• Read and have a full understanding of the Painting Standard Operating Procedure Manual
• Follow and enforce all Safety Guidelines, including RRP procedure
• Assemble scaffolding as required
• Set up ventilators and other safety equipment to protect from unhealthy fumes or materials
• Follow task items on the Project Launch, Daily & Close-Out Checklist
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications for a Paint Technician 

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Proven experience as a Painter
• Pass an OSHA Respirator Fit Test
• Knowledge of proper paint tools and materials
• Must have exceptional attention to detail
• Great active listening skills
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Computer literacy
• Basic Paint Competencies–brushing, rolling, spraying, caulking, job prep, clean up, drywall repair, epoxy, and more

Responsibilities for the Paint Crew Leader

• Communicate with clients to coordinate their project requirements
• Read and follow work orders and specifications for projects
• Read and have a full understanding of Painting Standard Operating Procedure Manual
• Manage and guide team members to stay on task and follow work orders
• Follow and enforce all Safety Guidelines, including RRP procedure
• Assemble scaffolding as required
• Set up ventilators and other safety equipment to protect from unhealthy fumes or materials
• Follow task items on the Project Launch, Daily & Close-Out Checklist
• Complete and upload the Final Inspection & Payment Authorization form and completed project photos
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned by management
•  Order Materials

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Proven three years of experience as a Painter
• Pass an OSHA Respirator Fit Test
• Knowledge of proper paint tools and materials
• Must have exceptional attention to detail
• Great active listening skills
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be a self-starter and driven
• Basic math skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Computer literacy
